Curated Homes Nashville was founded on a simple belief: that finding a home should be one of the most exciting chapters of your life, not one of the most stressful. Too often, clients are pushed through the process — seen as transactions instead of people.

Carla and Alissa built a different kind of practice. One rooted in deep Nashville knowledge — Alissa's family has been part of this community for over a century, and Carla has spent a decade investing in and advocating for it. Together they bring complementary expertise, genuine care, and a shared belief that real estate is ultimately about people and the communities they call home.

Both live in Forest Hills with their families. Both have navigated the real experience of buying, selling, and putting down roots here. That lived perspective shapes everything about how they show up for their clients.

Nashville is home. My husband and I chose Middle Tennessee to raise our kids — where Nashville's warm, small-town vibe meets big-city culture and convenience. I've been a licensed realtor for 10 years, and my husband and I invest locally, regionally, and internationally. My mission is to help clients find homes they love, secure smart investments, and sell for profit to build generational wealth.

With a BA in Social Work and an MPH, I bring a service-driven, people-first approach to everything I do. We live in Forest Hills with three boys, two cats, and a few chickens — steps from trails and parks. I love reading, travel, hosting, and renovating our fixer-upper.

I'm deeply involved in community and green initiatives — hosting the Big Green Fair, Weed Wrangles, and organizing The Pathway Party to create a continuous trail from Radnor Lake to Warner Parks. Community matters to me, and I strive to help every client find not just a house, but a place they can truly belong.

Alissa Mansfield

Nashville has always felt like home. I grew up between Nashville and Birmingham, but my roots run deep here — my family has been part of this community for over a century. After attending the University of Tennessee (go Vols!) and earning degrees in political science, history, and higher education administration, I returned to Nashville in 2010 and have been here ever since.

My career began in higher education and college counseling before naturally evolving into real estate. After working alongside my husband at Mansfield Realty Group, I discovered a passion for helping people navigate meaningful life transitions through buying and selling homes. I've now been in real estate for over six years, guiding clients with a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach.

At my core, I'm a connector and a helper. Whether working with buyers or sellers, I love being part of my clients' next chapter — helping them find the right home, plan for the future, or move forward with confidence. We live in Forest Hills with our three children, and life is full with school, activities, and time together as a family. I love to cook, entertain, travel, and stay involved in our church and community.
